What is E.N.C.A.R.E.?

Children are all too frequently affected by living in a family environment where parental problems cause them harm. Encare, the European network for children affected by risky environments within the family , is a collaboration between 13 EU countries, where we will provide information and resources for professionals across the EU who want to understand more about these problems and how to help the children who are affected by them. Encare was launched in May 2004, during the tenth anniversary of the United Nations International Year of the Family.

ENCARE is currently developing an Irish Website to resource professionals working with Young People who may be in Risky Environments. To help shape this resource click on the below link and have your input on what services you would like to see included.
